Your role
As our new HR & Office Manager, you will be the face of Popcore in our Berlin office. Your tasks will be a mix of Office, HR and Finance. As Popcore is entering a high growth phase this year, it’s a great opportunity to be a part of a fast paced environment and work with a dynamic, fun team.
Your contribution
  • Create a welcoming, lively and collaborative working environment, ensuring the office is in great shape, tidy and a fun place to work.

  • Handle all office administration from ordering office supplies to handling all internal and external communication

  • Take care of incoming invoices, payments and bookkeeping

  • Manage HR processes such as payroll, contracts and visa support

  • Use and analyse HR data to create monthly management reports

  • Manage larger projects such as integrating our brand and our culture into the office space

Your profile
  • Previous experience working in a similar role 

  • Team player with great interpersonal skills who enjoys solving problems.

  • Excellent analytical and excel skills and an affinity with numbers

  • Very organised with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work on multiple tasks easily

  • Ability and willingness to adapt to a startup environment

  • Prioritise tasks easily and take ownership of situations when needed

  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
