Your role
We are looking for an ambitious and talented working student for a System Admin role who would like to leave their mark on the mobile gaming industry. The right candidate is a creative and friendly problem solver who seeks to be a main point of contact for internal IT customers and solving issues around account creation, application use, hardware etc. in a mobile gaming company. In order to set you up for success, we provide everything you need within our dynamic and employee-centric company structure. You will work closely with the Head of IT and Head of Operations, whilst showing full responsibility and ownership of your tickets and requests.
Your contribution
  • Provide a great support experience to internal stakeholders
  • Support our team with technical issues with various software and hardware issues
  • Setting up and installing the workplace four new colleagues
  • Managing and maintaining permissions and licences
  • Building a process to bootstrap on/off boarding
  • Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies

Your profile
  • You are a full-time enrolled student in Computer Science or similar subjects
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a problem solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in using osx/windows/linux
  • Shell scripting (Bash)
