Your role
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Growth Analyst who would like to leave their mark on the mobile gaming industry. The right fit has a hard-headed approach to mobile games and user acquisition. You will support our user growth strategy, budget & implementation of growth campaigns whilst increasing our user base by finding and exploiting profitable opportunities across a variety of social marketing channels. In order to set you up for success, we provide everything you need within our dynamic and employee centric company structure. You will have full responsibility and ownership of your project; you drive the user growth game!
Your contribution
  • Analyze and optimize user growth campaigns of our game portfolio (optimize creative, targeting, bids, and daily budgets  to drive ROI)
  • Manage, implement, and execute user growth campaigns (setup, launch, run and optimize against ROAS and LTV to scale user growth campaigns)
  • Optimize the results of our creatives with data-driven decisions
  • Provide feedback on games to development teams for performance improvements
  • Perform in-depth analysis of our user acquisition spend, share learnings and identify further possibilities to automate campaign optimization
  • Manage a monthly budget across multiple channels and regions

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • +1 year of experience as a UA manager, managing your own budget, preferably in mobile 
  • Proven experience to run optimization analysis on UA campaigns and scaling content KPI based
  • Deep understanding & working experience with Facebook, Google and Ad Networks like AppLovin, IronSource etc.
  • Experienced working with UA tools such as Tenjin, Adjust etc. 
  • Highly analytical with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
